Try this for fun and surprises. Place a gift or even just some flowers in your car trunk. Then fill the rest of the trunk space with helium filled balloons. Go to the mountains or to the sea, wherever a mild wind is present. At the destination, casually ask your partner to grab something for you in the trunk that you forgot to take out.
